EXTENSIONS AFTER-CARE

*Make sure to brush your extensions in the morning, before going to bed, and before applying shampoo. This helps prevent madding

*Never sleep on wet hair. This can cause scalp buildup, fungus, dandruff, and madding

*Use professional quality shampoo and conditioner

*Use conditioner every time you shampoo your hair

*Use heat protectant before any heat styling

*Apply a little oil on the ends of the extensions every day

*Be careful with the sunscreen you use

*If your sunscreen has ingredients like Avebenzone(Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmenthane) and Octocrylene; those ingredients can cause a chemical reaction.

This will change the color of your extensions if they come in contact with the sunscreen

*Only use sunscreen without these ingredients or mineral sunscreen

Night time routine for Hair Extensions:

1. Gently brush your extensions before bedtime to avoid tangles and massed hair in the morning.

2. Use a satin pillowcase to minimize friction and prevent breakage.

3. Secure your extensions with a soft headscarf, or sleep cap or simply braid it

4. Do NOT sleep on wet hair extensions.

5. Dry your hair extensions completely before going to bed.

6. Wash and condition your extensions in the morning.
